We're seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Administrative Assistant with demonstrated experience in a corporate environment. In this role, you'll provide critical support to leaders and teams in our Operations and Manufacturing organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling business efficiency. Requirements 8+ years of administrative experience in a professional, corporate environment (required) High School diploma or equivalent Experience supporting senior leaders, ideally within a fast-paced or technology-driven company Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished tone Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating across teams and regions High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions Professional presence and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executives or senior leadership Background in a global corporation, ideally within semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with corporate systems (e.g., travel management, PO placement and similar tools) Ability to anticipate needs and operate with a high degree of ownership
Salary :
onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $25.53 to $44.76 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of the internal equity of our current team members. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

//www.onsemi.com/site/pdf/Benefits-Summary-USA.pdf Responsibilities Provide administrative support to leaders and cross-functional teams in a corporate, global environment Manage complex calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zones and shifting priorities Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and communications for business use Facilitate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions Serve as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism Work with administrative assistants in other organizations to coordinate schedules, projects and other initiatives Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive efficiency Support projects and initiatives tied to business and operational priorities Maintain team office supplies, ordering stock, etc Interface with support organizations like IT and Facilities to arrange and coordinate services for team members and support office/cubicle assignments for the team Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation (Teams, Sharepoint, etc) Support site onboarding of new hires - New Employee Orientation; System access requests, SWAG ordering etc.....
