We're seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Administrative Assistant with demonstrated experience in a corporate environment. In this role, you'll provide critical support to leaders and teams in our Operations and Manufacturing organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling business efficiency. Requirements 8+ years of administrative experience in a professional, corporate environment (required) High School diploma or equivalent Experience supporting senior leaders, ideally within a fast-paced or technology-driven company Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished tone Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating across teams and regions High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions Professional presence and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting executives or senior leadership Background in a global corporation, ideally within semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with corporate systems (e.g., travel management, PO placement and similar tools) Ability to anticipate needs and operate with a high degree of ownership
