Administrative/Clerical employees provide general office and administrative support to help ensure the efficient operation of the department and organization. This position performs a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, document preparation, recordkeeping, filing, answering telephones, responding to emails, scheduling, and assisting employees, customers, vendors, and visitors. The employee must be organized, dependable, professional, and capable of managing multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls. Greet and assist customers, visitors, vendors, and employees. Respond to routine emails, messages, and requests for information. Prepare, type, format, proofread, copy, scan, and distribute documents. Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and paper records. Organize and maintain files, reports, forms, correspondence, and other documentation. Schedule appointments, meetings, training sessions, and other activities. Maintain calendars and communicate scheduling changes. Receive, sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence. Enter and retrieve information using company software and computer systems. Operate standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, scanners, copiers, and postage equipment. Assist with customer, employee, vendor, billing, purchasing, payroll, or accounting documentation as assigned. Review documents and information for completeness and accuracy. Follow up on missing information, documents, approvals, or signatures. Maintain confidentiality of employee, customer, financial, and company information. Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts. Follow established company policies, procedures, and record-retention requirements. Assist other departments with administrative projects as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements:
