Position Overview A private family in Kings Point, NY is seeking a polished, compassionate, and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide dedicated daily support to the senior female principal. This is a hands-on role requiring professionalism, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted right-hand to the principal, managing her daily schedule, coordinating appointments, assisting with personal errands, and providing thoughtful support both at home and while accompanying her to appointments and family events. The successful candidate will be proactive, discreet, and able to anticipate needs while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day personal assistance and support to the principal Manage the principal's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule Accompany the principal to medical appointments, personal engagements, and errands as needed Assist with personal shopping, gift purchasing, and special requests Coordinate with household staff, vendors, healthcare providers, and service professionals Support the principal during family gatherings, holidays, and special events Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise Assist with correspondence, organization, and administrative tasks Maintain accurate records of appointments, important documents, and household information Handle all personal and household matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, Companion, or similar private household role Previous experience supporting a private principal or UHNW family preferred Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced household Comfortable accompanying the principal to appointments and providing support when needed Nursing, caregiving, healthcare, or companion care experience is a plus, but not required CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Proficient with Microsoft Office, calendars, smartphones, and other technology Warm, personable, and relationship-driven with a genuine desire to support others Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality Flexible schedule with occasional additional hours as needed Professional, punctual, and highly reliable Strong communication skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license Valid U.S. work authorization SSIN123
