What You'll Do Coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules to keep leaders and the division aligned Provide travel, event, and logistical support Prepare, organize, and manage documents and materials Assist with expenses, purchasing, and related administrative tasks Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external partners Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt in a fast‑paced environment Anticipate needs and proactively support daily operations Requirements 2 or more years of Administrative Support Experience Detail-Oriented, Ability to organize and prioritize workload Microsoft Office skills and Computer Skills Professional Attitude Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in Business Management At Wegmans, we've always believed we can achieve our goals only if we first fulfill the needs of our people.
