Standard Architects is a 10-person architecture firm in Long Island City, NY, engaged in a broad range of project types and sizes here and across the country. We are seeking an experienced studio coordinator to manage the daily operations of the office, as well as assist with Financials, Marketing, and other projects. We would like to hear from you if: You are organized and thorough and like working on a schedule to get things done. You can take the initiative to lead but also take direction from a principal. You know how to communicate working as a team, and can be clear, precise, and professional with a variety of people across a wide range of roles and circumstances. You can handle multiple simultaneous responsibilities. You should have at least three years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in an architecture practice, and responsibilities will be focused on: General administration Business administration Marketing administration This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday in the office from 9am to 6pm, and compensation will include: Annual salary ranging from $60,000 - $85,000 for the full-time position, conditioned on your experience and ability to fulfill the requirements of the job. We may ultimately hire someone with less or more experience or with qualifications that vary from what we seek; if so, the salary may vary from this estimate. Three weeks of vacation, eleven public holidays, two personal days, and seven sick days per year. A fifty percent contribution to your premium for one of the company's health and dental insurance plans, and a simple IRA plan with a matching contribution of up to three percent of your base salary.
