Responsibilities Assist with daily office and administrative activities. Organize and maintain office documents and records. Prepare and organize routine paperwork and materials. Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries. Help maintain organized office areas and supplies. Assist with routine scheduling and office activities. Provide professional assistance to customers and visitors. Support team members with general administrative tasks. Assist with customer communication and routine inquiries. Help ensure daily office activities run smoothly. Collaborate with team members to provide professional assistance. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Reliable, adaptable, and professional. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous administrative, customer service, retail, or office experience is a plus but not required.
