This role is ideal for someone with a property management background who excels in customer service, coordination, and administrative support. The position focuses on assisting residents, managing communications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the maintenance team while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Duties Serve as the first point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, service requests, and general office communication. Receive and enter maintenance requests into Yardi and Rent Café, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Provide front-office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting walk-in residents. Maintain organized records, files, and administrative reports for property operations. Assist with scheduling appointments, inspections, and vendor visits. Follow up on open work orders and provide status updates to residents and management. Support coordination between residents, maintenance staff, and vendors. Assist with preparation for inspections, including REAC-related documentation and communication. Process administrative tasks such as resident notices, damage charges (as directed), and general correspondence. Ensure all documentation aligns with HUD guidelines and company policies. Provide general administrative support to the property management team as needed. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Previous administrative experience, preferably in property management or real estate. Proficiency in Yardi and Rent Café (preferred). Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems.
Pay:
$52,000.00 per year
