Responsibilities include drafting purchase and change orders, processing insurance certificates, and maintaining project data in systems like Salesforce and Intacct. You will manage contract paperwork, coordinate with vendors, update project schedules, and audit data through the Construction Project Dashboard. The role involves attending meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with material orders, close-out packages, and documentation. Collaboration with the corporate team and business development support is key. Occasional travel arrangements and research tasks may also be required. Compensation The expected pay range for this position is $23.13-$28.91 annually , depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions. Work Experience Associates Degree required. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. Travel required. Must be able to travel to job sites up to 25% of the time.
