Job Description
We are a busy and growing construction trade company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable handling administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Answer phones and route calls/messages appropriately Assist with invoices, work orders, and basic paperwork Manage incoming and outgoing mail Order and track office supplies Provide general administrative support to office staff and field personnelQualifications:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email) Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and work independently Construction or trade industry experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer:
