About the OpportunityRobert Half is partnering with a well-established brokerage firm in Rye, NY, to identify a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant. This position plays a key role in supporting financial advisors and office leadership by managing daily administrative operations, coordinating client communications, and ensuring a seamless office experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to financial advisors, management, and office staff.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and client documentation.

Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.

Assist with account paperwork, document processing, and client onboarding materials.

Coordinate office meetings, conference room scheduling, and visitor reception.

Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and office correspondence.

Order and maintain office supplies and assist with vendor relationships.

Support special projects and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.
