Our private dental office is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our dedicated team of dental professionals. Our practice is recognized for offering the community a wide range of dental services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and a modern approach. •This position will be for our Syosset and Mineola locations!

•Compensation $27-$30 per hour based on experience Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 1-2 Saturdays per month Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays Traditional and Roth 401(k) options Referral Bonus Program Responsibilities Ability to work with major PPO networks in addition to FFS patients, processing claims, preauthorizations, adjustments, and schedules Checking patients in and out, scheduling, recalls, billing, electronic insurance filing, and follow-up Answer phone calls and schedule appointments/manage changes in schedule to ensure smooth workflow Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payments Other duties as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on dental front office experience is required Willing to travel to our sister office in Mineola, NY INDHRFO03
