$24.00/hour to $33.00/hour
JOB SUMMARY
This position will provide technical administrative support to the Business Systems department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Arrange and set up materials for departmental, executive and company-wide meetings. Prepare and maintain documents, reports and presentations for production meetings and department reviews. Organize and file operations-related documentation. Complete and track status of document change requests for the department. Guide others through document control procedures and workflows as needed. Generate and coordinate Purchase Order Requisitions, follow up with vendors if needed. Provide general assistance for projects and activities managed by the Business Systems team. Accurately enter data into spreadsheets and other data analysis software. Type memos, correspondences, reports, and other documents. Facilitate NDAs, both new and renewal. Provide assistance with general HR items such as anniversaries, hiring, and onboarding. Provide assistance with planning of teambuilding events. Maintain privileged company, employee, and executive information in confidence. Schedule and manage appointments and meetings using Microsoft Outlook. Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner. Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Provide general clerical duties including but not limited to faxing, filing and copying.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBLITIES
All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years' experience in document control or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a technology or engineering field preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Read, write and understand technical information and documentation. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent time management skills. High attention to detail. Ability to receive both verbal and written instructions. Strong verbal and written communication skill. Ability to maintain and protect confidential information. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CAD/Vault and ERP systems preferred.
