A Great Opportunity Full Time $52,000 annual salary Through a wide range of innovative services referred to as ViaQuest's Circle of Care, our skilled, dedicated employees ensure that the people we serve are active participants in their own care. ViaQuest offers quality, highly personalized, specialized and cost-effective care, solutions and services through Hospice, Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, Day & Employment Services, and Residential Services.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting facilities/referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients for services. Presenting information about our services to groups and individuals. Visiting with facilities, establishing meetings, attending conferences/marketing events, distributing company literature and developing relationships in the community. Tracking referral data and outcomes. Tracking and following up with referral sources and patients to ensure quality services are being delivered. Collaborate with internal teams to market current and new programs. Coordinate company promotional activities with ViaQuest Marketing Department. Respond to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families, referral sources and community providers as appropriate. Research opportunities to exhibit and promote services directly.
Requirements for this position include:
Experience working in/with SNFs preferred. Two years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare field is preferred. Strong communication and a comfort level with public speaking. Exceptional customer service. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Positive, go-getter attitude. Day travel is required (approximately 25% statewide).
