Description:
Under the supervision of the principal, this candidate will receive the record, transmit, prepare, organize, assemble and file all attendance-related information on students, including school attendance and specific class attendance.
Job Summary:
7.5 hours/day, (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.), 5 days/week, 205 days/year
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent; demonstrated good interpersonal/communication skills; knowledge of and demonstrated skill with computers and applications. The ability to speak and comprehend sufficiently, give and receive information in face-to-face and telephone contact; sufficient manual and physical dexterity to complete secretarial tasks.
Salary Range:
Step 1, $27, 205.00/
Annual Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent; demonstrated good interpersonal/communication skills; knowledge of and demonstrated skill in computers (I.e., word processing, etc.); the ability to speak and comprehend sufficiently to give and receive information in face-to-face and telephone contact; sufficient manual and physical dexterity to complete secretarial tasks.
