Job Description
Pet Butler, LLC is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant based out of our Columbus, OH, office. Part-time hours from 9 am to 2pm. Monday- Friday and some Saturdays during peak season. $17 / an hour We are looking for candidates who are professional, friendly, willing to learn, well organized, and able to concentrate on details that are important to customers and staff? Summary This position is responsible for delivering administrative support to the Operations Manager who leads the company-owned Columbus location. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with multiple departments on a variety of topics and use of multiple technology platforms. Responsibilities include assisting with operations, recruitment, commercial activities, and internal communications. The environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability, strong multitasking skills, and a self-driven approach to proactively coordinate tasks and seek opportunities for improvement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Daily Routing for Pet waste removal technicians using best practices for optimizing and efficiency to maximize production. Assist in conducting tech evaluations on new technicians. Monitor and track daily gas card transactions via website against the receipts from the techs. Review Azuga GPS tracking daily to monitor technicians staying on schedule and route. Manage the social media platforms of Facebook and Instagram with weekly posts for visibility and brand recognition for Pet Butler. Assist operations with recruiting and interviewing to ensure appropriate technicians and pet sitters have staffing levels to meet performance goals for company owned branch Columbus when needed. Assist managers with pet sitter and pet waste field technicians' orientation and onboarding processes. Regular Rotation managing the Pet Care Phone. And back up for sitters during the hours in the office. Review Marketing collateral inventory weekly. Keep organized, reordered, and replenish collateral as needed. Maintain apparel inventory. Keep organized, reordering, and replenish apparel as needed. Local Events & Marketing Nurture the local and rescue partnerships to build relationships with team members and directors. Manage, register, and prepare for local events and participation. Conduct After Action sessions for continued growth and improvement for future events. Run or Route designated Hot Prospect Routes for Scooping and Pet Care specifically. Delivery displays assigned Partners for community involvement and Pet Butler branding.
