POSITION SUMMARY
The Brand Media Coordinator is a key role working to support the in-house Media team. Positioned within a fast-paced environment that requires the candidate to be a self-starter, ability to multi-task, detail oriented, sense of urgency, highly numerate and have the skill set to work collaboratively both internally and externally with prestige customers and media outlets.

Essential Functions Statement(s) Weekly reporting from PowerBI Provide Marketing team with tracking reports to track ROI on promos Capture media buys into database to create insertion orders Assist with tracking and managing all budget files with the Brand and Media teams Send insertion and broadcast orders to vendors/stations Work with parent companies on monthly media reimbursements and reconciliations Keep track of all billing and responsible for providing accounting with monthly billing Keep track that all invoices are accounted for on a monthly basis Track and check media invoices and address billing discrepancies with media vendors and approve vendor invoices in database Work with accounting department to confirm receipt of all invoices and reconcile invoices when necessary Traffic media materials (TV, Radio, Print, and Outdoor) to media outlets Monthly media audits Manage all coupon requests for the whole company and all invoices associated with those orders Assist with Ticketing tracking as needed Assist with updating recap decks as programs are developed and after they conclude. Maintains confidentiality of financial information, customer information and other sensitive and confidential information. Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works outside of normal schedule as required to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & ABILITIES
Highly numerate with strong attention to detail Self-starter, self-motivated, can deliver to tight deadlines An understanding of the finance process and billing process. Extremely competent in Microsoft Office applications, strong Excel and PowerPoint Experience in Access and Power BI a plus. Personable and confident Media experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
