Process Engineer Internship :

Gain hands-on experience in the steel manufacturing industry while building skills in continuous improvement, quality systems, and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world challenges and improve manufacturing processes.

Summer internship What we're looking for: Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Engineering or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level. Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.

Proficient in Microsoft Office software:

Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Ability to succeed in a team environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Preferred experience:

Experience working in a manufacturing environment. AutoCAD experience. What you'll focus on: Support rolling mill projects focused on improving production, quality, and maintenance processes. Drive continuous improvement through data collection, process trials, analysis, and standardization. Collaborate with team members while taking ownership of self-led improvement projects.
