Key Responsibilities Answering phones/texts and managing the appointment schedule Opening the office each morning Creating a welcoming, calm, and supportive environment for patients Providing excellent front-desk and patient service Assisting chiropractors with administrative and daily office tasks Being responsible for patient payments Managing patient records and maintaining an organized workspace Supporting smooth office operations as part of a collaborative team Closing the office each day and prepping for the following day Skills We Value Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfort with technology and electronic records Empathy, patience, and professionalism when working with patients Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed Perks and Benefits Chiropractic care for yourself is complimentary Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Option Gym Membership A company that values your professional and personal well-being

Schedule:

Each shift will also include a lunch break (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Monday & Thursday:

8:30am-6:00pm

Tuesday:

12:30pm-6:00pm

Wednesday:

8:30am-7:00pm

Friday:
