PM Rate of Pay:

$20.00/hour The District Council is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Union Secretary to support daily office operations in the Youngstown area.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones and directing calls Assisting members and visitors in a professional manner Maintaining records and filing systems Preparing basic correspondence and reports Processing and making union dues deposits Supporting union leadership with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of standard office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Preferred (not required): Prior administrative or office experience Familiarity with union environments or construction trades
