Salary Range:

$16.00-$18.00 /Hour (Based on Experience) Establish online warranty processes with new vendors based on equipment changes Claim preparation and research in the Enrich system, Reject claims and update part status to reflect dispositions Process Safety recall/campaigns/bulletins Assist warranty manager and team with any issues, procedures or special projects

Full Time Job Requirements:

1+ year of experience in warranty claims processing or related administrative role High School Diploma Computer skills: outlook, word, excel and power point Good communication skills (written and verbal) Previous Customer Service experience Benefits for
