Job Description

Home Manager Orderly Columbus is a professional home organizing and home management company serving Columbus, OH and the surrounding area. We help busy households run smoothly — from decluttering and organizing systems to ongoing home upkeep — so our clients can spend less time managing their homes and more time living in them. We're looking for a Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day organization and upkeep of client homes. This is a great fit for someone who is naturally organized, trustworthy in other people's homes, and enjoys creating calm, functional spaces. What you'll do: Serve as the main point of contact for a set of client homes, managing ongoing organizing systems and routines Assess household needs and create customized organizing and maintenance plans Coordinate and oversee organizing projects, seasonal resets, and household upkeep tasks Maintain and refine organizing systems (closets, pantries, garages, paperwork, etc.) so they stay functional between visits Communicate regularly with clients about progress, needs, and scheduling Partner with the Orderly Columbus team on larger projects and team scheduling What we're looking for: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel between client homes is required) Ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Prior experience in home organizing, household management, or a related field preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable working independently in clients' homes with professionalism and discretion Strong communication skills

Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
