Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. Serve as personal secretary to Superintendent

2. Input information as EMIS Coordinator for the District

3. Assist DASL District Coordinator and Building Secretaries with proper input of District data

4. Prepare and disseminate all Board Agendas and required meeting notices including monthly

Contracts

5. Student Registration and Open Enrollment Coordinator

6. Update and maintain District documents

7. Operate all office equipment including copier, fax machine, computer, and printer

8. Maintain respect at all times for confidential information, e.g., personnel files and evaluations

9. Interact in a positive manner with staff, students, and parents

10. Promote good public relations by personal appearance, attitude, and conversation

11. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superintendent

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

1. Ability to work effectively with others

2. Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively both orally and in writing

3. Effective, active listening skills

4. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
