B&N Administrative Assistant Responsibilities :
Assist staff with administrative tasks supporting project work while ensuring accurate and timely deliverables. Coordinate travel, catering, meetings, and other event arrangements. Maintain appointment calendars for company vehicle and office services and maintenance. Coordinate maintenance and service of company vehicles and office facilities. Order and maintain inventory of office supplies. Assist with document production, including printing, assembling, and binding. Handle routine administrative issues not requiring supervisor review and document actions as needed. Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supply orders. Assist with new hire orientation and completion of basic onboarding forms. Perform other administrative and office support duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Five or more years of related experience, preferably as an office administrative assistant. Part-time availability Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and CRM software. Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident, professional demeanor with the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities. Strong work ethic with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
