Job Description

Construction Project Administrator Job Summary:
The Construction Project Administrator supports Project Managers and field teams by coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring efficient communication across all phases of construction projects. This role is critical in keeping projects organized, compliant, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Project Managers and construction teams Maintain and organize project files, including contracts, drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Track and log project documentation such as permits, insurance certificates, and compliance records Assist with preparation and distribution of project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence Coordinate subcontractor and vendor documentation, including contracts and invoices Monitor project schedules and update progress tracking tools Assist in processing pay applications, invoices, and budget tracking Communicate with subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely information flow Support procurement activities and material tracking Ensure adherence to company policies and project procedures
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of administrative experience in construction or a related industry Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Autodesk, PlanGrid, or similar) is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience Benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
Pay:
$58,115.98 - $69,989.14 per year
