Lead Secretary at Mayfield Elementary
(Contingent Upon Passage of Civil Service Test)
Annual salary range commensurate with training and experience.
Qualifications:
1. High school graduate. 2. Passed the necessary competency testing for the position. (Civil Service Exam) 3. Willingness to work as a team member and to provide assistance. 4. High degree of proficiency in office procedures, word processing, filing, organizational skills, and machines. 5. Possess a strong knowledge and experience in computer programs: DASL, Word, Excel, and other computer systems 6. Proficient organizational skills set. Knowledge and procedures as it relates to your position. 7. At least three years of experience in performing secretarial work. 8. High degree of proficiency in office procedures. 9. Self-motivated and an ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision. 10. Professional tact, confidentiality, diplomacy, and presentation with administrators, staff, teachers, students, parents, and the community. 11. Good health, high moral character, and good attendance record. 12. Acceptable BCII report and FBI report. 13. Ability to meet all job expectations and objectives. 14.
