Cincinnati School of Music is looking to fill a part-time position (27 hours per week) working onsite at our convenient Montgomery location (9865 Montgomery Rd, 45242), working 5 days a week on Mondays- Thursdays 2:00 PM
- 7:30 PM, and Fridays 2:00 PM
- 7:00 PM.

The basic starting responsibilities include: Assisting parents and students by phone, text, email, and in-person Using computer software to schedule music lessons and process tuition payments Using Gmail to send emails to students, parents, and teachers Using a business messenger software to send text messages to students, parents, and teachers Processing new student enrollments/basic data entry through a scheduling software Assisting with and prioritizing miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned Using Google Drive to create fliers Office cleaning Working independently in an office setting What we are looking for: Dependable and Punctual Individuals Highly organized individuals with an attention to detail Problem solving skills Proactive independent workers A love for helping people Strong computer skills Strong typing skills (a minimum of 50 wpm is required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience using computer software programs Proficiency using Gmail Proficiency navigating and using Google Spreadsheets, Google Documents, and Google Calendar Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work independentlyTRAINING PROVIDED
We have a comprehensive training program for new members of our admin team which lasts 2-4 weeks, depending on the scheduled hours of training. Training will be conducted onsite at 6682 Tri Way Dr, 45040. If possible, the training schedule may be different from the regular weekly schedule outlined above, based to management's availability. The owners and management team are educators by nature, and we guarantee you will receive supportive and thorough training to help you succeed! New employees have access to ongoing real-time support and guidance from our team for months into their employment. It's important to us that every team member feels supported and have access to help when they need it.WEEKLY HOURS REQUIRED FOR ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR POSITION
Part-Time Schedule (17 hours/week) Mondays- Thursdays 2:00 PM
- 7:30 PM Fridays 2:00 PM
- 7:00 PM Opportunity for occasional extra shifts working morning/afternoons and possibly weekend shifts
