You're a team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, supporting both back-of-house and dining staff with essential daily operations. Responsibilities Cleans all equipment in the Main kitchen and Cafe to include, but not limited to the following: grill and fryer. Empties trash containers and recycle bins on all units, dining room and kitchen and disposes of in the proper areas on a daily basis. Gathers soiled linen on a daily basis from all units, main dining room and Bistro and ensures it is ready for pickup by cleaning vendor. Washes dishes Assists Line Cooks in food preparation as needed. Requirements Some High School Some prior experience in a related food service position is required. Must possess a customer service background and orientation.
