Summary We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team at Jones Roll Off Containers, Inc. This role is essential in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring smooth daily operations. The Office Assistant will play a key role in enhancing customer service and maintaining organizational efficiency. Responsi duling dumpster deliveries and pickups efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and service requests. Utilize Google Suite and QuickBooks for data entry and office management tasks. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Organize office supplies and maintain a tidy workspace. Requirements Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.). Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
