ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II
Lorain County JVS is Career and Technical Education Training Center. It consists of a public high school for students grades 9-12 and the Adult Career Center which offers training and educational opportunities for adults.

Appropriate placement on the salary schedule
REPORTS TO
High School Principal
BENEFITS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge and ability to use the following: Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Ability to clearly and effectively communicate (orally and in writing) with staff, students, parents/guardians Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others, lead and support colleagues Scheduling of student/parent meetings Managing and maintaining of paperwork Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to maintain good customer service with staff, students and parents Ability to work flexible schedule as needed Ability to multi task Comply with drug-free/tobacco free workplace rules and Board policies Documented evidence of a clear background screening (e.g. clear criminal record)
