The Production Assistant will primarily run daily reports, logs, and batch verification. The Production Assistant works closely with the management team regarding the daily operations and reviews production with individual employees on an as needed basis. The Production Assistant will work special projects as assigned and assist with entry-level HR functions. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in an entry-level supervisory or HR role. Ideal candidates will be confident, organized, and have the ability to maintain employee and client confidentiality.

Schedule:
  • Full Time
  • Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day (including paid lunch) This position operates in a professional office environment with prolonged periods of sitting with frequent computer and telephone usage.
Some navigation throughout the office is required so candidates must be able move about the office to access files and/or other necessary information as needed. Candidates must be able to type a minimum of 25wpm and lift up to 15 pounds Candidates must be able to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, and complete tasks that have a speed or productivity quota. Candidates must be able to complete all physical and mental requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
