Decko Products is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support front-office operations and shipping coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with people, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Monday-Friday, Dayshift FLSA:

Hourly, Non-Exempt What you'll do Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet and check in customers, vendors, employees, and temporary staff Receive and distribute incoming UPS, FedEx, and other deliveries Prepare and complete shipping paperwork Coordinate with production to prepare finished product samples for shipment Communicate with customers when shipments or loads are ready Enter shipment data accurately into company systems Maintain organized records and files What we're looking for Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, proven follow-through, and the ability to multitask effectively Professional communication skills, both in person and on the phone Previous administrative, office, or shipping experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, stretch, reach, and twist Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing, labeling, sorting, and packing Benefits and PTO We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, including employer-paid health insurance, a matched 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off to promote a healthy work-life balance.
