Administrator:
Position Summary:
The Administrator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, copying, and maintaining records. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and assist visitors and customers in a professional manner. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, spreadsheets, and other office materials. Schedule meetings, appointments, and other activities as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date company and employee records. Assist with invoicing, billing, purchase orders, and other administrative financial tasks. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Communicate with customers, vendors, employees, and management as needed. Assist management with special projects and administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and customer information. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to sell and will receive commissions as well. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus. Previous administrative or office experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Professional and customer-service-oriented attitude. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and move around the office for extended periods. Ability to regularly use a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment. Ability to lift or move office supplies and materials as needed.
