Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to oversee and manage office operations at four of our locations in Columbus, Toledo, Cincinnati and Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office functions, including facility maintenance and supply management. Monitor office space utilization and coordinate layout adjustments as needed. Support staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation. Serve as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issues. Maintain office safety protocols and coordinate with maintenance staff as required. Prepare and maintain records for audits and compliance checks. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration or facility management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to travel as needed. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
