We are seeing a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects. The duties of the Project Administrator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative and project activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Office and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Project Administrator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office and projects.
Duties:
  • Assist project managers with administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and submittals.
  • Maintain project files and ensure all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather project information and updates.
  • Entry and tracking of daily timecards and submittals.
  • Tracking and maintaining safety documents and field certifications.
  • Assist with construction estimating tasks by tracking dates, obtaining quotes, and follow up.
  • Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
