pH, viscosity, appearance/color/odor, temperature, weight/yield . Perform material reconciliation and record actual vs. theoretical yield; document and escalate deviations. Maintain lot control and traceability for all raw materials and finished/bulk product, including retain samples and retest/expiration dating. Follow SOPs and support deviation, CAPA, and change-control processes. Sanitation, Safety & Line Clearance Perform line clearance before each batch to prevent mix-ups and cross-contamination. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas; follow cleaning validation / changeover procedures. Follow chemical safety, SDS/GHS hazard communication , and proper PPE requirements. Support environmental controls (temperature/humidity) and microbial contamination awareness (preservative systems, sanitary handling). Preferred Qualifications [1-3]+ years in cosmetic, personal-care, pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing (compounding/blending/batch making preferred). Working knowledge of cGMP and clean-manufacturing practices. Ability to read and follow batch records, SOPs, and formulas/BOMs precisely. Comfortable with weights, measures, unit conversions, and basic batch math. Experience operating mixing/blending equipment. Strong attention to detail and clean, accurate documentation habits. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and handle/move drums, pails, and totes (with assistance/equipment as needed).
