Responsibilities Serve as the front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently using clear communication skills Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to support administrative needs Assist with bookkeeping activities utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting tools to track expenses and invoices Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings, ensuring timely reminders and updates Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing general administrative operations Experience Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), and data entry tools Experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse teams or clients Strong typing skills along with excellent proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all documents Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management Personal assistant or customer support experience is beneficial for understanding client interactions and professional communication Join us in this engaging role where your organizational talents will shine!
