Responsibilities Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents. Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks for financial record keeping. Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments, meetings, and events efficiently. Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and client communication skills. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity, ensuring high-quality correspondence and reports. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role with strong office management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software. Excellent computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and technical proficiency with office equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous but not required.
