M-TH COMPENSATION
$18.04 - $24.27 Placement on the salary schedule will be commensurate with education, experience, and work schedule. District policy GCBA will be implemented.
BENEFITS

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Middle School Secretary II to support daily school operations. This key position works closely with students, staff, and families, providing front-office support, managing student attendance, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in health room tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Front desk reception and communication Student attendance tracking and family outreach General clerical duties and data entry Supporting student health needs (first aid, meds, accident reports) Maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor Operating office equipment and using computer systems effectively
