Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm This is a contract position for 4-6 weeks covering leave of absence. Full Job Description Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support daily operations across customer service, administrative, and accounting functions. This role serves as the front desk point of contact while also assisting executive staff with reporting, QuickBooks entries, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries Greet walk-in guests and notify appropriate staff Process incoming mail and distribute packages daily Create check deposits and apply payments in QuickBooks Enter and maintain purchase orders, bills, and filing systems Print checks and verify billing statements for management review Retrieve reports and provide requested information to executive staff Scan, file, and manage documentation including packing slips and order filesQualifications:
Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field preferred 1+ years of office administration or office manager experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Strong computer skills including Gmail and Google Workspace Highly organized with the ability to work independently Consistent, reliable attendance and strong attention to detailPay:
$22 to $24 per hourSchedule:
