Install Coordinator - Oregon City, OR (On-Site) - Full-Time | Tuesday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:30 PM (4-Day Work Week) •

About the Role DT Glass is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Install Coordinator to join our team. This position serves as a key connection between our customers, installers, and office staff, ensuring projects are scheduled efficiently and completed with exceptional service. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. You take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, communicating effectively with customers, and finding solutions when challenges arise. Key Responsibilities Schedule installation and service appointments accurately and efficiently Coordinate with customers, installers, and internal team members to ensure projects stay on schedule Maintain clear and professional communication regarding appointment details, timelines, and project updates Prepare and process invoices accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers Monitor schedules and adjust priorities as needed to accommodate changing workloads Maintain organized customer records and job documentation Provide administrative support to office operations and assist with special projects as needed Contribute to a positive team environment and support company goals Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to adapt quickly and reprioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Customer service or administrative experience preferred Scheduling or construction-industry experience is a plus, but not required
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
