We are currently recruiting to fill full-time, contract administrative support positions. Positions will last 3-4 months
Essential Responsibilities:
Previous data entry and customer service experience in a professional office environment
REQUIRED!
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community services, insurance, or healthcare agencies focused on coordination of services Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with a high attention to detail Knowledge and skill to work within tight timelines
Work Experience:
A minimum of three years of experience in community services or healthcare agencies focused on coordination services preferred.
Education, Certificates, Licenses:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge :
Medical terminology. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and is able to work independently as well as to work effectively on a team.
