Job Description

City of Beaver Falls Code Enforcement Department Office Clerk The City of Beaver Falls, is seeking a full-time Office Clerk to work in the Code Enforcement Department. Under general supervision, the office clerk performs a variety of complex, responsible and specialized administrative and office support functions; creates and maintains records and files, and will help to coordinate activities related to department work processes. The right candidate will be able to take direction and work intuitively to support the completion of the department's goals and objectives in a professional and culturally appropriate manner. This position will work 35 hours per week.
Position Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED and minimum of two years of administrative support experience.
  • Pass the International Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector certification within 6-months of employment and maintain thereafter.
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to analyze, demonstrate good judgment, attention to detail and have problem solving skills.
  • Competent to work with confidential information in a responsible manner.
