•7:00 AM Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN/Casual Opportunities Available Why Join Beaver Valley? $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time LPNs $325 Quarterly Attendance Bonus Work Three 12-Hour Shifts & Get Paid for 8 Additional Hours $2,000 Employee Referral Bonus with Unlimited Potential Daily Pay with TapCheck Generous Union Benefits Through SEIU Competitive Wage Rates 401(k) Retirement Program Career advancement opportunities Supportive leadership and team environment Stable scheduling with 12-hour shifts Home-like 120-bed skilled nursing facility LPN Responsibilities As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will: Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment Communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate clinical team members Collaborate with nurses, physicians, nursing assistants, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Participate in the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents and their families Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow all applicable state and federal regulations and facility standards Qualifications Current and valid Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Strong clinical and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care Ability to perform the physical responsibilities associated with the position
