Blue Bell (Montgomery County), Pa - We are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for managing an assigned book of personal lines clients, providing exceptional service, maintaining strong carrier relationships, and ensuring accounts are handled accurately and proactively throughout the policy lifecycle. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while providing a high level of personal service to clients. Responsibilities Manage an assigned book of Personal Lines accounts from new business through renewal. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding their personal insurance needs. Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, renewals, and other account transactions. Review policies and coverage to identify gaps, changes in exposure, and potential opportunities to better protect the client. Market and remarket accounts when appropriate and obtain quotes from insurance carriers. Prepare applications, supplemental applications, and other required underwriting documentation. Obtain and review quotes and policy documents for accuracy and coverage. Communicate renewal recommendations and coverage changes to clients. Handle certificates, evidence of insurance, ID cards, and other client documentation as needed. Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters to resolve issues and obtain needed information. Maintain accurate and complete client records in the agency management system. Assist with billing questions and resolve discrepancies when needed. Provide prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and agency team members. Assist with other Personal Lines department needs as necessary. Qualifications 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience preferred. Active Property & Casualty insurance license required. Strong knowledge of Personal Lines products, including Homeowners, Auto, Umbrella, Flood, and related coverage. Experience working with multiple insurance carriers is strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage a book of business independently while meeting deadlines. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Experience working in AMS 360 is preferred. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Salary Range:

$65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
