Job Description

As a Tenant Services Coordinator with Balashine Properties, you will be responsible for communication and coordination with tenants, vendors and building staff onsite on a wide range of building issues; administrative functions relating to the daily operation of the property; and, administrative and project support to the Property Manager.
  • Handle all incoming calls and service requests to management office and maintain daily relationships with tenants, vendors and building staff.
  • Coordinate tenant requests and ensure proper billings and follow through.
  • Schedule and coordinate tenant appreciation events and building events.
  • Effectively use work order system to measure property performance including verifying billed to tenant charges, and updating unit pricing for additional charges.
  • Manage social media accounts.
  • Manage conference center schedule.
  • Track and maintain all Certificates of Insurance for both Tenants and Vendors.
  • Organization & monitoring of electronic filing: AP, AR, Lease files, General Files, Service agreements
  • Assist PM with projects as requested
  • Communicate with engineering, day porter or vendors as needed for proper building operations
  • Develop, update, and distribute tenant handbook
  • Assist with new tenant move ins: distribute tenant forms, order signage, make lease file and coordinate move in time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Property Management/Construction/Real Estate background highly recommended. Minimum 2 year customer service experience Excellent verbal communication skills Proactive thinker, positive team player Able to work with minimum supervision Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point) Yardi Breeze experience a plus
