Aviation Administrator Job Description This temporary Aviation Administrator role provides essential administrative support to day-to-day office and repair station operations. You will focus on organizing, scanning, and managing large volumes of documents while assisting with a variety of general office tasks. The position suits someone highly organized, comfortable working with computers, and proficient in Microsoft Excel who enjoys maintaining accurate records and supporting a busy office environment. Responsibilities Scan, organize, and electronically file large volumes of documents in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain well-structured digital and physical filing systems to ensure records are easy to retrieve and up to date. Enter, update, and verify information in Excel spreadsheets and company databases with a high degree of accuracy. Assist with general administrative and clerical duties such as scheduling, calendaring, and front desk support as needed. Support office staff by managing document flow, organizing data, and ensuring records are properly labeled and stored. Handle email correspondence and basic customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of company records and sensitive information at all times. Prepare, update, and maintain administrative documents and reports using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Outlook. Perform data entry tasks to support aviation-related documentation and repair station records. Complete other administrative tasks as assigned to support overall office and repair station operations. Essential Skills Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel for data entry and spreadsheet management. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for managing large volumes of documents. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective time management skills to handle competing deadlines. Experience with administrative support, clerical support, and front desk activities. Comfort with data entry and working with databases and digital filing systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience providing customer service in an office environment. Familiarity with aviation environments or aviation documentation is an advantage. Experience with scheduling and calendaring tools. Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management. Ability to create and update documents and presentations in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Experience with scanning documents and managing electronic filing systems. Dress is expected to be appropriate for a professional office and regulated repair station setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Collegeville, PA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
