Show Services Specialist This role partners closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to develop accurate show service estimates, manage vendor orders, and ensure all required services are secured and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Estimating Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to review project requirements and develop comprehensive show service estimates. Prepare detailed cost projections for services including labor, electrical, rigging, flooring, material handling, and other exhibitor services. Maintain accurate records of estimates, approvals, and service requirements. Service Ordering & Coordination Place and manage orders with general contractors, venues, and service providers following client approval. Coordinate labor schedules and service timelines to ensure seamless installation and dismantle activities. Track order confirmations, deadlines, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor show manuals and service kits to ensure compliance with venue and event requirements. Key Attributes Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
