DESCRIPTION
The school Guidance office clerk performs a variety of duties to support the guidance office and the school. Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting and directing student visitors, answering the telephone, scheduling, and lunch/recess supervision of students. All other duties/clerical as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Must work well as a team member, exercise good judgment and be a flexible, patient and supportive individual. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
