Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, Google Drive and specialized software such as QuickBooks for financial record-keeping Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members, ensuring optimal time utilization Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, word processing, and maintaining organized office records Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating strong communication skills Support office management tasks including mail distribution, financials and maintaining office equipment functionality Assist with personal assistant responsibilities as needed to support executives or team leaders Experience Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and productivity software Experience with data entry, spreadsheets, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and clarity Excellent organizational skills coupled with effective time management abilities Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person PA real estate license is highly desirable to enhance client communication and team collaboration Join us in creating an energetic workplace where your organizational talents make a real difference!
