Mon thru Fri. Daylight shift. Bardot Plastics and New Pig Corporation are both part of the New Pendulum Family of Companies. Job Summary Bardot Plastics is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and front office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves receptionist duties, clerical support, data entry, and assisting office staff and management with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet visitors, applicants, vendors, and employees at the front office window Distribute employment applications and assist applicants with basic questions Perform filing, scanning, copying, and general clerical duties as needed Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, including staff lists, employee rosters, and time card labels Prepare weekly employee time cards and attendance sheets accurately and on schedule Assist with monthly OSHA reporting updates, including posting incident information and maintaining related files Support office staff and management with administrative projects and day-to-day operations Maintain organized records and confidential employee information Help ensure smooth communication between office personnel and plant employees Qualifications Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and data entry Schedule Monday through Friday Day shift Bardot Plastics is an Equal Opportunity Employer
